The BATERIA Heavy Duty 5000 W represents a new generation of portable power stations designed for the most demanding applications. It combines extreme power, high capacity, maximum safety, and a rugged, field-ready construction. Maximum power and capacity of the charging station

The power station offers a capacity of 5,040 Wh (48 V / 105 Ah) and a pure sine wave inverter with an output of 5,000 W (up to 7,000 W peak). It can effortlessly power a wide range of equipment – from professional tools, cooling and heating systems to demanding appliances, including heat pumps.

Safe operation is ensured by an advanced BMS (Battery Management System), which provides protection against:

• overheating
• overvoltage and undervoltage
• overcurrent
• short circuit

Thanks to this, the power station operates with maximum safety even under long-term load.

Charging options and flexible operation

The BATERIA Heavy Duty 5000 W supports multiple charging methods, allowing it to be easily adapted to current conditions:

• AC charging from the grid (230 V)
• Solar charging via an MPPT controller
• Charging from a gasoline inverter generator
• Option to connect an external battery to expand capacity

Thanks to a maximum input power of up to 2,500 W (AC) and 2,100 W (solar), the power station can be charged quickly and efficiently even in the field. A maximum combined input power of up to 3,900 W enables a full charge in approximately 1.5 hours.

EPS / UPS function – automatic backup during power outages

The BATERIA Heavy Duty 5000 W operates as an automatic emergency backup in the event of a power grid failure. Thanks to the EPS (Emergency Power Supply) function, the power station can automatically take over the power supply of connected devices without any user intervention.

For the EPS function to work, appliances must be connected directly to the power station’s outputs, and the power station must be simultaneously connected to the electrical grid. Under normal operation, the power station simply “passes through” grid power, and when an outage occurs, it smoothly switches to battery power within approximately 20 ms.

What does this mean in practice?

• Connected devices remain operational even during a power outage
• Ideal for routers, lighting, office equipment, or point-of-sale systems
• No need for manual switching or user intervention

The power station serves as a UPS backup for standard devices where absolutely uninterrupted power is not required.

The EPS function is not intended for devices requiring 0 ms transfer time (e.g., medical or highly sensitive equipment). We always recommend verifying compatibility with the specific device.

The power station ensures full energy self-sufficiency and acts as an automatic UPS backup during power outages. The system immediately takes over the supply of key devices — such as the heating circulation pump and the home water system — keeping the house fully functional even when disconnected from the grid.

Smart control detects the outage, switches to battery operation, and automatically restores normal power once the grid returns. This guarantees continuous comfort, heating, and water supply without any user intervention.
