What you may want to know before first use
Do you need Wi‑Fi to control the device?
No. The device can also connect via Bluetooth or by using a hotspot from another phone. Wi‑Fi is convenient for easier access and updates, but it is not required for normal use.
Does the device work outdoors or without internet access?
Yes. If Wi‑Fi is not available, you can use Bluetooth or create a network via a mobile hotspot. The device is designed for outdoor use in normal humidity conditions, but not in rain.
How long does the device’s battery last?
The battery lasts at least 3,500 cycles under standard use (discharging to 70%). This corresponds to more than 10 years of operation with daily use.
How quickly does the device fully charge?
From a standard outlet (AC 1500 W), the device fully charges in approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. The time depends on the current capacity and grid conditions.
Can the device be charged using solar panels?
Yes. The solar input supports up to 1200 W and a wide voltage range of 16–100 V DC, so it can easily be connected to standard photovoltaic panels.
What happens in case of overload or overheating?
The device is protected against short circuits, overvoltage, overload, overheating, and low voltage. In risky situations, it automatically shuts down to prevent damage.
Can the device be updated?
Yes. When a new software version is available, the app will notify you and offer a one-click remote update.
Is the device safe for sensitive electronics?
Yes. The AC output provides a pure sine wave, making it suitable even for devices sensitive to voltage fluctuations — such as laptops, routers, or medical equipment.
